Web Design
- What size web sites do you create?
- We undertakes a wide range of work, from small static sites up to enterprise level solutions. We are happy to quote for anything from a 5 page brochure site up to complex dynamic database driven sites.
- How will my website cost?
- Like all thing, the cost depends on what you get. For example, if your buying a car, the more power and accessories, the higher the cost. It's impossible to give an accurate figure without assessing your requirements exactly, however a small 5 page website may cost $1,000 a simple eCommerce site around $5,000 right up to $50,000 or more for a complex application which integrates with your existing systems.
- What types of technology do you use?

While not tied to a particular technology, we generally develop sites for Linux with Apache, using MySQL and PHP.
- Is there any standards when creating a website?

Yes. There are web standards set out by the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C). Wherever possible, we follow these standards.
- What do you need to know before you can get an estimate?

In order to produce accurate estimate and proposals, we will discuss your requirements in detail.
- How long will it take to finish my site?

This depends largely on the complexity of the site and the speed at which you produce content, and other items that are needed from the client. A small simple site can be completed within 2 weeks, while a large site may take 3-5 months.
- Who owns the copyright to my website?

You do. All content, images and code belong to you, after full payment has been received. The exception is when using 3rd party software, which is licensed to separately.
- Do you offer maintenance contracts?

We can provide a suitable content management solution to empower you to keep your own site updated easily. The majority of our clients manage their websites without the need of our assistance, however, if you prefer we manage your site for you, we are happy to offer an inexpensive maintenance contract.
- Do I need a content management system (CMS)?

We live in an ever changing world and your business and website are no exception. It is important to be able to update your site on a regular basis. This does not necessarily mean you need a complex and expensive CMS. We offer a range of solutions to suit your budget.
- Do you work with flash?

Yes, of course! Generally we advise to use Flash only for adding multimedia elements to a site (Video, image rollovers etc.). or for complex graphically rich applications.
- Can you add video to our site?

Yes, we can add video on various formats but usually recommend Flash Video, as it will be accessible to the widest audience.
- What's involved in implementing an eCommerce site?

This depends on what type of e-commerce site you require. We offer simple small business e-commerce to complex enterprise solutions.
- Shouldn't I just use someone local?

If your buying a new car it is easier to use a local dealer as you'll want to see the vehicle in real life, sit inside it and test drive it.
This is not an issue in the world of website design, as designs are uploaded to our server for you to view online. You can see it in real life and test drive in your own office. The day-to-day management of a project can be easily completed via email and telephone.
- Can I have a site that looks like this?
- Finding a website you like is a good first step. We can use one or more website to inspire your own custom design.
- I want a site like Youtube...etc. Can you do this?
- Yes, we can build websites that contain multimedia features, like photo galleries, video sharing, social networking, etc.

- Can you create a logo to go with our web site?
- We're happy to create a logo for your new web site.
- Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the website before it is launched?
- Yes, we develop websites in stages, and offer client reviews and updates as part of the development process.

- Do you offer hosting?

We partner with several recognised hosting companies believing that it is better to leave hosting to the top-teir facilities to monitor your site and provide support 24/7. As a partner we will set up your hosting for you, at our special partner rates. You may, of course, choose your own hosting company.
- Can you host our website and register our domain name?
- Yes, we can handle the domain name registration process. An once you website is complete we offer world-class hosting at competitive prices.
- When I call, will I be speaking to someone in the U.S.?
- Yes, our staff and technical support are all in the United States.
- Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
- Yes, we can facilitate getting your Registrar to update the domain record.
Website Marketing
- Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
- Yes, we build your website with basic Search Engine Optimization techniques, and we offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Technical Support
- What if I need technical support with my website?
- We offer web-based support of not urgent matters, and phone support for issues of a urgent nature.
Payments
- How can we pay to get started?
- You my pay by check, and we also accept all major credit cards online.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes, most of your web design packages offer payment of 50% when the project begins with the balance due on project completion.
- Your web services are very reasonably priced, are there hidden charges?
- No, we don't pay that game, all our fees are spelled out clearly before the work begin. And there are no hidden fees
